Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant performs diverse and advanced administrative duties providing general administrative support for the VP of Billing Operations. This role ensures administrative support from a customer service, clerical and document management perspective. The Administrative will also maintain confidential information and material relevant to company operations. The Administrative Assistant is a critical partner proactively providing assistance to help the leaders and team be effective in driving business outcomes.



Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage complex schedules while coordinating meetings with internal/external parties.
• Arrange and coordinate business travel with associated logistics.
• Coordinate business meetings and logistics.
• Provide project support with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Professionally communicate and handle incoming and outgoing communications.
• Handle document and presentation preparation for various meetings.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and an ability to handle sensitive material in a confidential and discreet manner.
• Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Greet guest in a friendly and professional manner
• Control building traffic (front door and lobby area)
• Manage deliveries
• Maintain billing documents on document management systems



Qualifications

Education and Experience:  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of administrative experience, providing direct support to a staff - level Executive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
